Connecticut College´s ´Transmutation´ exhibit features works by senior art majors
NEW LONDON, Conn. - A diverse collection of pieces created by 14 senior art majors will be on display at Connecticut College May 7-23 in the Cummings Arts Center galleries. "Transmutation" includes paintings, drawings, sculptures, ceramics, graphics and mixed media pieces. The artwork explores a wide range of themes, including gender and coming of age. The student artists will discuss their work at a May 7 opening reception at 5 p.m. in the Cummings Arts Center galleries.
