Connecticut College President Katherine Bergeron, Dean of the College Jefferson Singer and Student Government Vice President Kayla Glemaud ’21 officially welcomed the Class of 2024, new transfer students, and families to Conn in a virtual ceremony, on Sunday, August 30. The Class of 2024 moved to campus in a phased arrival that took place over the week of Aug. 24-28.

Admitted from the largest applicant pool in the College’s history, the 440 members of the Class of 2024 and 20 transfer students are an impressive group, with 77 percent graduating in the top 20 percent of their high school classes. They come from 26 states and 15 countries.
