ccDining is committed to proving a well-rounded culinary experience morning, noon and night. Innovative menu design ensures well prepared items offering both bold and comforting flavors while maintaining a continuous focus on nutrition, safety and cleanliness.
All of our menus change daily, and include a dizzying variety suited to our diverse clientele with their divergent tastes! Unique offerings range from cutting edge (ramen noodle station with house-made broths, pork belly, soba noodles and soft boiled eggs) to über comforting (mac-n-cheese bar with scores of topping to choose from). Alternatives include a daily salad bar with assorted greens, fresh vegetables and whole grains. In addition, our grill station serves burgers, veggie burgers, hotdogs, fish and grilled chicken. We also provide a made-to-order station where you can get fresh-cooked eggs, grilled cheeses, quesadillas and more! Don't forget dessert — regionally produced hard ice cream, soft serve ice cream & novelties, house made cakes, pies, cobblers and cookies, cookies, cookies!
Dining Services is self-operated, meaning that all staff is employed by Connecticut College and we do not use an outside food service. You will get to know our staff and they will go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience possible. We belong to a professional organization called the National Association of College & University Food Services (NACUFS). NACUFS is comprised of approximately 750 colleges and universities, most of which are self-operated.
