139 named to NESCAC Spring All-Academic Team

A two-time All-American sprinter, 30 members of the women’s outdoor track and field team, and five all-conference honorees are among the 139 Connecticut College student-athletes named to the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) 2022 Spring All-Academic Team.

The list also includes four athletes previously recognized for their sportsmanship; one athlete, Kenison Winton ’23, who is recognized in two sports; and Christopher Koskinen ’24, who is one of just 12 athletes across the NESCAC to be named to all three squads (All-NESCAC, All-Academic and All-Sportsmanship). All-American sprinter Malissa Lindsey ’23 was also recognized as the NESCAC’s Women’s Track & Field Most Outstanding Performer.

To be honored on the All-Academic team, an individual must have reached sophomore academic standing and be in good standing in their sport with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50. A transfer student must have completed one year of study at the institution.
