Connecticut College complies with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances prohibiting discrimination in private post-secondary education institutions. Connecticut College has a comprehensive institutional nondiscrimination policy for faculty, staff, students and third parties, which includes sex-based misconduct under Title IX. The policy prohibits discrimination, discriminatory harassment and sexual harassment including quid pro quo, hostile environment harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, other sexual misconduct and retaliation.
