Dear members of the Connecticut College community,
The Presidential Search Committee has now issued the presidential leadership profile.
This profile was assembled using the extensive feedback that the College community provided through the surveys and community engagement meetings, the expertise of our WittKieffer search partners and substantial input from the Search Committee.
The profile will be shared with candidates interested in applying for the position of the 12th president of Connecticut College. It is also available for your review on the presidential search page of the College’s website here.
We encourage you to review the profile and consider nominating someone who you believe is qualified for this role. Nominations should be directed to ConnCollPresident@wittkieffer.
WittKieffer has begun vetting the more than 70 candidates who have been nominated so far. Formal applications include two separate documents -- a CV or resume and a letter of interest addressing the themes in the profile. Interested candidates may apply exclusively through that process until the deadline of Jan. 8, 2024.
