Project/Mission Statement
My project aims to use computers to create unique musical experiences through alternative expressions of performance. Specifically, I focus on developing techniques to detect instruments and singers in real-time using machine learning on a path to create a universal platform application. The application sends information to a vest that uses haptic technology. The project shows potential in creating unique modes of accessibility for musical experiences for the audience.
